"Whilst the financial adviser was very friendly she really wasn't able to help me much practically and said she would contact me with another appointment but never did - I was very upset when I left - no follow up promised to contact energy ombudsman don't know if she did - had no money very difficult to get to asked about bus money apparently they don't provide support and no other alternate support suggested or information about other services - to help with living in poverty"
