Our practice boasts a team of both female and male doctors who are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. Rest assured, Swan View Family Practice is fully accredited according to the highest standards set by the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL).
If you haven't visited our practice for two years or more, we kindly consider you as a new patient. Furthermore, we kindly request that you cancel any appointments that you are unable to attend. Failure to do so may result in a charge of $30 for DNA (Did Not Attend).
For any script requests, please note that you will need either a telehealth or in-person appointment. Our team is here to assist you in managing your healthcare needs effectively.
When it comes to test results, we prioritize your well-being. If your results require immediate attention, we will promptly call you. In general, we recommend scheduling an appointment within a week of having any tests done.

"I took my Dad to his appointment and the reception staff are relatively friendly but we had to wait an hour to see a Doctor even though the waiting room was empty the whole time. Doctor Omowo is not very friendly at all. He forgot to prescribe my Dad the same combination of medication as per his hospital discharge plan, so now we need to follow this up. Also when you walk in to the clinic your instantly met with a camera lens and screen streaming live video recording of you, then takes your temperature before you even know whats going on. I didn't like that, it felt a bit invasive and insensitive to people with say mental health issues."

"I wish i had of read the reviews before going to this place. First, they totally forgot that i was waiting to see a doctor - an hour later i walk up to the counter and they get me in to see someone. Now all i needed was a repeat prescription - i had the old packet of medication with me so you wouldnt think it would be possible for a medical professional to screw this up. Dr Oluwole Oyeniyi had other ideas. Went to the pharmacy and got my meds - later on went to take my meds, noticed the box was different. Probably just a different brand i thought. Doctor's know what they are doing, right?! Well it couldnt hurt to check . Pharmacist confirmed Dr had given me the wrong script. Thankfully i hadn't spent a month taking the wrong meds - could of been fatal! Went back to the DR just wanting a refund at this point - not worth risking my health with these people! But no, they refused. Told me a service had been provided! Receptionist also told me I was rude for even asking. I would seriously avoid this place if you value your health. AHPRA and Health Consumers Council to be notified shortly."
"The wait times are very reasonable compared to some practices I have visited in the past. You can usually get an appointment within a day or two when needed. Doctors provide professional and caring service. Reception staff usually very good. Excellent service in general."
