Welcome to In the Company of Horses, a unique institution located in the serene town of Bullsbrook, Australia. Situated at Hillside Place, 61, our establishment is a point of interest for those seeking personal growth, development, and overall well-being.

At In the Company of Horses, we believe in the incredible benefits that horses offer. Our journey began in 2014 when I relocated to Australia and became a volunteer at an RDA Centre. It was here that I qualified as a Level 0 coach and discovered my passion for Equine Assisted Learning.

Driven by my thirst for knowledge and a desire to provide the best experiences for our clients, I underwent extensive training with renowned institutions such as The Australian Equine Facilitated Learning Institute and The Centre for Equine Experiential Training Australia. These experiences allowed me to become a qualified EFL practitioner and expand my expertise in this field.

However, my quest for knowledge did not stop there. I stumbled upon the Equine Psychotherapy Institute, founded by Meg Kirby, in Victoria. The principles of the EPI deeply resonated with me, particularly their I-thou horsemanship approach, which prioritizes the health and well-being of horses in this line of work. I trained with Meg in Perth and obtained my qualification as an (EPI) EAL Practitioner.

Now, I am incredibly fortunate to operate my EAL business from my peaceful property in Bullsbrook, where I am accompanied by my four equine companions: Reggie, Jack, Samson, and Emma. These gentle souls are an integral part of our team and are eager to welcome you into our world.
