"What an Absolute joke I was told that my cab would be booked and ready at 10:10 in the morning had to re call after waiting around for 30mins the lady I originally called with talled me that my cab would cost $40 for a 20 min ride so when I call again I was flabbergasted at the fact that they said it would be upwards of $80 and that someone’s was on there way so I called the driver and canceled credit to the driver was super nice about it would not recommend"
"Booked to go from Stirling to Adelaide & return to Stirliing Was advised will need up to 1 hours notice to ensure a taxi is free for the return trip. Rang up for the pick up befoe 10pm and no taxi was available until 1am. Driver was checking his phone messages at the lights."

"Horrible experience with one of their call staff. They are relied upon to travel our severly autistic children to and from school. When requested for an earlier pick up(severly autistic daughter was throwing up) were told they would not pick up our child as it was not yet 3.30pm and then told my partner to "grow up" and then hung up on her as my partner was asking why they wouldn't pick up our sick, autistic daughter earlier than usual. Absolutely disgraceful, shameful and abusive behaviour from Des' call staff. Not impressed."
