At Family Med Medical Centre, we strive to make healthcare accessible to all. We offer bulk-billing for almost all consultations, ensuring that you receive the care you need without any financial burden. However, there may be a few exceptions, so please feel free to ask our friendly receptionists for any queries you may have.

We understand the importance of effective communication, which is why we utilize the Telephone Interpreter Service to ensure that language is never a barrier to receiving quality healthcare. Simply let our helpful receptionist know in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Walk-ins are welcome at our clinic, although please be aware that you may not always be able to see your regular GP, and waiting times may vary. However, we always strive to minimize waiting times and provide prompt and efficient service.

In the digital age, data security is of paramount importance. We work closely with our IT team to prevent data breaches, and in the unfortunate event that a breach does occur, we will notify affected patients within the accepted time frame and also inform the office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
