"If only it was possible to give less than 1 star. This firm is corrupt and incompetent. I carried out one return through AG Norman and have faced countless issues since. It was the first return I did with my current employer as was advised that they were familiar with the process, so I sought some guidance on what I could claim. At first I came away quite happy with my return, but that was short lived. I ended up getting audited because Alan developed such a bad reputation with the ATO that all his clients were flagged. I had been coerced into over claiming by Peter, who did not advise me on reasonable deductions, and to top it off, he failed to enter my private health details correctly and I had to pay back thousands of dollars in arrears. Not something you'd expect from an accountant of 18 years. When I confronted them about this, I was told that they would be in contact with me about a solution but never heard back. Please avoid these people at all costs."
