"Warehouse employees too eager to lock up and leave, especially as it was half an hr before the advertised closing time. Our order was half completed then we were told it was closing time so they refused to complete the rest of the order, even though I was only after a few sheets of mesh. Certainly not in a hurry to collect the rest of our order from Midalia. Sorry guys, I'll complete my order elsewhere, since you seem to make up your own opening hours. Thank you too the office staff who were polite and tried to assist me."

"Thought everything was progressing well, product was not what was requested. When queried and returned with a why is this so? Was told it was incorrect and new product ordered. Same product. Left new product and old product in store, and again went through the requirements. Thanks to the guys in the shed for their assistance. Then was told the product I needed had to be custom made and it would cost a lot more than the original incorrect product. Asked if the credit could be applied to the custom product and was told, no. First order was made to order and couldn’t be reused and to return and pick up. Was told I could also have the extra “ same” incorrect lengths that were ordered again. Went to pick up to find one of the orders had been on sold. Who is telling porkys here? Was sent away and told it would all be delivered. Only the damaged first order was with a thank you for your money now go Jam it. Have since been to another supplier and received what I needed within two days, at 1/3 the price I was requoted by this mob. Never again mmmate never. star is for the blokes in the shed. Management and front office get minus. Awful just awful."

"Poor service, entered store tried to find products we were looking for and prices. We then Found them put the product on the counter and eventually got served and then was told the computers were down. With nothing to resolve the issue. So went to bunnings and got what we needed."

"David was extremely helpful in pricing and product knowledge and pointed me in the right direction for parts they dont stock to help get my avairy project under way. Cheers mate 5/5 26/4/18 Old mate at the counter is more intrested in trying to hit on the female staff then actually help customers who asked for help. Waited 10 minutes after asking for help untill i left and he watched me leave and didnt say anything."
