"Morally & Ethically bankrupt. Into near $20,000 of treatment, including a $10,000 bridge which snapped in half at the moment of bite down at initial cementing, Owner Dentist stated it would be returned to the "lab" and would call me inside a couple weeks - then blatantly ignored me for 3+ months. When I finally did get it cemented, I was made aware by Assistant it had been sitting in stores and Owner Dentist then cemented it together in my mouth. Not wanting to settle the final "small fee" of $1200 after learning I had been lied to , I left. The 8 unit bridge broke to pieces within 48 hours, the main unit breaking away eating a soft white bread cheese sandwich. I now have broken, razor sharp remnants in my mouth, leaving me unable to talk or eat without gouging my mouth and bleeding everywhere. This has left me with scar tissue in my mouth which is constantly painful and frustrating. I would have approached this Dentist for a reasonable resolution, however, seemingly desperate for money, Owner Dentist had assistant phone a family member, with the lie they had not seen me in months and could they please settle the bill. When family member declined, Owner Dentist took the phone herself and purported I am a methamphetamine addict, and that is the reason my $10,000 bridge broke. I find this absurd and unreasonable, as it broke the moment I was asked to bite down. I will note the second time Owner Dentist cemented it with only finger pressure, then pretended to cement the broken pieces together. Add to this calling my mobile phone 60+ times the following day as to a stalker. Avoid with all costs. If Owner Dentist had followed her ethical and clinical guidelines and made me aware I could not eat on the bridge, I would never have agreed to it, as an 8 unit bridge on the top arch would make it impossible to eat, therefore redundant. Very money greedy, angry person with no social graces and character of a slum lord. Perhaps Owner Dentist should rename her clinic to The "Untouchable" Dentist She knows what I mean, and that is how I view Owner Dentist now."

I hadn't been to the dentist for 30 years and was really scared going thinking of the cost etc but they looked after me with costing and the worry of my teeth.. highly recommended"

"Actually disgusting service simply put. Had an emergency appointment booked for 12pm today, for them to ring back and cancel appointment after we cancelled later appointments at other dentists to attend this one quicker as my son is in pain. We rang back querying why the appointment was cancelled, to get a response that the dentist was running late. All we said on the phone was why would you accept the appointment, to then cancel it, on a Sunday. Receptionist (who was hard enough to understand) laughed when we said my son was in pain and said quote "What do you want to do about it? Fight?" She also refused to establish any sort of contact with the supposedly late dentist and dropped contact (put us on hold) every 10 seconds. Customer skills 0, empathy 0, stars out of 5, 0."

"Dr Zareena is amazing! I had a very negative experience at a previous dentist and had refused to go back which had left me in a fair bit of pain. The practice was able to fit me in on a Sunday morning and Dr Zareena was able to save my tooth and take my pain away. She was gentle and kind and provided reassurance the whole way. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family."
