Led by Master Instructor Vernon Low, who has been teaching the art of Taekwondo since the late 1960s, our classes offer the original, non-competitive style of Taekwondo. We understand the importance of both physical and mental readiness, which is why our members train twice weekly. Additionally, our members have the option to attend classes at other First Tae Kwon Do venues throughout the week at no extra cost.
