"I pre-ordered the 6" Dark Chocolate Cake almost a week ahead of time and made the pick up for late afternoon as dinner was booked for 5.30pm. Actually wanted to order the Black Forest (Non-Alcohol Version) since it seems to be his favourite but figured it's not going to be enjoyed by my sister's kids. Next time though. The weather was terrible, had anticipated to arrive at 4.45pm, only to arrive 5mins before closing time but the Owner was kind to send a reminder email and informed another customer wouldn't be able to collect their order until 5pm+. Thought that was rather accomodating of them to allow that. Best to call in if you're running late so they know you haven't forgotten. This is the second year I've purchased a birthday cake for my parents from here. The highest compliment they'll give is to their tastebuds of being "not too sweet" and excellent ratio of sponge and cream. They are not fans of 2-inch thick buttercreams. Whipped cream adds lightness to an already soft and fluffy 3-layered sponge cake. The cake also contained a decent amount of strawberries in one of the layers which were a hit with my nephew. That's all he had to be honest, eyeing off my portion too."

"Lovely suburban gem with amazing cakes and a beautiful native floral decor. I've tried the matcha red bean, taro pudding cake and strawberry shortcake so far and they've all been great, as such I'm looking forward to try the others. Service was lovely too - The owner (Cindy) greeted us in a very friendly manner and asked for feedback in person too which is great."
