"Not the type to make reviews but sadly I am writing one today… I purchased a matcha milk tea and they gave me matcha powder with just tea. I asked the staff if they had forgotten to add the milk and she proceeded to say they don’t put milk or creamer in it… If that was the case, then why was it categorised in the ‘’milk tea” section? I would’ve happily chose a different beverage if the store had provided a notice or an updated version of the menu. Boba Bear is my go to beverage shop. Sad to see they have dissapointed me today :("

"I ordered a taro milk tea and a coffee milk tea Customer service was ok and that’s the only reason they get 1 star from me. The drinks I got were literally flavored and watered down milk…disappointed considering the taro was a recommended drink. I get better value and flavor buying a dare ice coffee to be honest. I wouldn’t recommend or come back."

"I’ve been coming here for over few months I love coming here trying new drinks as I’m still new I come from Mandurah and today was really disappointing I order two drinks with the blue reusable bottle I’ve asked for extra topping with one drink and didn’t receive extra toppings and the other drink the lid was not closed properly it was leaking through the bag and had to come back to the store to get it remake. The young girl was incredibly rude didn’t even apologise."

"Used to love this place, always had the best bubble tea in Midland and the best customer service, unfortunately went back for the first time in a few months, 2 weeks ago, same girl who used to serve with a smile and small conversation didn’t even give a hi or say anything as i ordered, just entered my order in to the till in silence and turned around to make it, went back yesterday and had the exact same service, and this time the tea didn’t taste good either, i ordered the peach rainbow nectar and the pearls were too hard and not chewy like they usually are. The one in whitfords i go to all the time is much better, just unsure why the staff are so unhappy now"

"I love the Bubble Tea and the customer service here, the boba are always soft and chewy and the staff are lovely. I ordered my drink to be warm, and it it was the perfect temperature when I got it, I could drink it straight away (I'm a wuss when it comes to hot food and drink). The original milk tea itself is such high quality, one of my favourites out of all the Bubble Tea places I've been. I highly recommend boba Bear for your Bubble Tea needs ❤️"
