"Your Coomera store is lacking stock and has many products passed the expired dates. The gentleman doesn’t acknowledge you or speak to you, never get asked if I have a loyalty card either? There is a mature lady with white/blonde hair who wears glasses and she would have to be the most rudest/cold/unprofessional/sour person I’ve ever experienced whilst shopping. I will avoid stopping by at all costs if I see her working. She needs replacing asap! This area needs a wonderful health store so badly, but the stock levels and lack of service makes me drive to Benowa or Robina for Flanneries."
"I’ve attended this store twice and NEVER again. The first time was when I had a psoriasis flare up and was hoping to get some natural remedies and when I advised the lady working in the store why I was there she looked at me with disgust and sternly and harshly snapped at me that there was nothing she could do for me. I left the store in tears feeling like a disgusting person and like I had a hugely infectious disease. Today I again attended the store and again was appalled by the lack of customer service the 2 ladies working today displayed. One of which was the same lady from the first visit. I was made to feel like an interruption to their conversation. After ringing up my purchase and me paying for my purchase they proceeded with their conversation and then proceeded to ask me if I needed my receipt. Ladies if you don’t own the shop then you seriously need to find a new job because I’m surprised you have any customers at all. To the owner it was at the Westfield Coomera store on Saturday 25th March. I’m not sure the date of the 1st visit but it was late last year."
"To start off, when asked if they had a product I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to the older lady. It was as though if I didn’t show any “yummy” food recipes or how good it was to be gluten free, I was an outcast. Let’s move forward to when it was time to pay, no price was told, just tap the screen. After taping the screen to pay, I was just handed the receipt and nothing was said, I said thank you to the older lady and again nothing was said. I went to grab the product with my hands already full and the older lady just walked off as though “thank god I was gone”. Please note that no carry bag was offered, even for 10 cents. Due to my hands being full, I couldn’t avoid dropping the $120 glass product which smashed on the escalator. I went back to the shop with the smash glass product dripping from my hands, may I add it was oil… I was then served by a younger lady who got me another bottle which I paid for again and I was then offered a carry bag since still my hands were full. This isn’t a monetary issue, this is a consumer/ customer service issue. Here is the following issues… 1. Under retailers obligation, why wasn’t I offered a bag, especially for a store that believes in “good karma”? 2. When selling an “oil product” why wasn’t a secondary containment item given, eg a plastic bag? 3. Where is your MSDS on this oil product for spillage? 4. Why was I treated as an inconvenience and not a valued returning customer? This is only the first platform for me leaving a bad review. I will never shop at Kiaan health food store again unless this handled appropriately. To conclude, clearly this wasn’t just an unfortunate situation as you keep repeating yourselves to my wife. Have a nice day."
"AVOID this shop at all costs. They are rude, arrogant and take no responsibility for their actions. My husband went in to buy me a $120 glass bottle of the Eco Sonya face oil, he was holding 4 packets of sushi along with his keys and wallet and he was handed the bottle and not offered a bag. My husband being in a hurry took it as it was given to him and left, he then dropped the glass bottle of oil and it smashed at his feet because his hands were so full. He was also wearing thongs so it became very slippery and unsafe for him and the people around him with oil all over the floor. My husband went back to buy a second bottle and he was only then offered a bag. The lady said they usually just “give out bags to the customers”. Except this time with a very expensive GLASS bottle of OIL. If my husbands hands weren’t already full, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Or if he was offered a bag that they usually give out anyway in any other circumstance. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It is their DUTY OF CARE, to offer a bag with such a delicate and expensive item. Instead of taking responsibility, the lady continued to make excuses and blame my husband for not asking for a bag when she is literally being paid to SERVE the customer. He is paying for her SERVICE. Customers are the whole reason for your job and by previous reviews I don’t think they will have to worry about a “job” much longer since it isn’t being carried out in a respectful and proper manner. Further complaints will be made. Can’t wait to hear your reply full of lack of responsibility that it was “out of your control” when YOU are the one that has the bags and YOU are being paid for a service and YOU have a duty of care. Thank you."
