"Would never go back. Went and asked for one design which wasn’t overly complex at all and got excuses as to why they can’t do them which became very invalid when the reference photos I showed them was actually my hand and what they were saying is very incorrect. I would understand if it is out of their skill set but excuses are not necessary. I then picked another design which they told me it would be $110 to have the design on every nail. I then picked out the colours which they didn’t even use anyways. Instead of a gold line which I asked for I ended up with a bronze brown colour. Even after picking a turquoise glitter she started with a dark blue glitter which I asked to be changed. I changed to only get 2 nails instead of 5 on each hand to make it cheaper and not as long as in the time the person that was with me got her toes and infill done my nails were only just getting onto my hand.. by the end of it they still Charged me $95 meaning for an extra $15 I could have got them all done. The quality is terrible as my nails have bumps all over them and is far from smooth. She was rough and would just tug your hand towards her and cut me and filed my skin multiple times with no care. I have gone home and honestly just want to rip them off. Biggest waste of my time and money."

"Not very impressed with the quality. Everything was extremely rushed, and I’m quite disappointed by the service I have received. Staff wasn’t very friendly either and I’m questioning whether equipment was sterile. My nails look ok but unfortunately quite a few colour patches on my skin, which make it look like I’ve polished my nails myself. 100% not worth $50! Should have gone to my regular salon but walked past and thought I give it a try based on the reviews. Should have listened to the few bad ones that were there"

"I love oasis. Staff are always very friendly and every time I go in I take a different design and they always get it perfect. Very reasonably priced. My nails always last 3-4 weeks before I NEED infills. I’ve never had a nail fall off in this time. One time I thought I’d go to another place close by home and two nails came off within 5 days and they tried to tell me it was normal and I knew better. I highly recommend oasis and have actually sent many friends and family members there as well as buying gift vouchers for there :)"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND Requested a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and removal of gel on toes - costing $100. The pedicure was not worth the $. The “massage” lasted maybe 4 minutes in total, I requested she use the razor thing on my heel and she said ‘no it’s not needed, maybe you can book a deluxe pedicure next time’. The manicure was ok, different nail tech, did a good job. Unfortunately I had to return 1 day post treatment as I had an air bubble in my nail - which they fixed free of charge. Now 3 days post treatment the gel polish on my toe has just mysteriously chipped off. Unsure if I should return as it is obvious the quality of their work is lacking."
