"Terrible service! Most of the doctors here should have their licenses revoked. They ban completely innocent people from attending, just because they don’t like them for whatever reason (its discrimination). And that’s not all ;) They won’t even see their CHILDREN. It is criminal. This place should be shut down, and I, like others, will take this further. Way better medical centres out there."

All of the Medical Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors are so friendly, efficient and calming. From my experience Appointments are always easy to get and nearly always run to time. "I had my Implanon removal today, I was so nervous and very shaky, and the doctor didn’t help one bit, as soon as I sat down In the room I was told I was supposed to book a 20-30min appointment which I wasn’t told in my consultation and that I wouldn’t be able to get it done today, but I had to say the doctor I last seen booked it for me, so I could just get it out! After waiting almost an hour after my booking time, I was fed up and just wanted it done, he then brung me through to the surgery room where he started immediately, didn’t talk to me once, and neither did the assistant! I felt very uncomfortable as he was just rushing and was tugging it out of my arm to the point where he was jolting back, after having to use two numbing needles because I could still feel the pain. after it was done, he took his gloves off and rushed out the room saying on the way out “take panadol for the pain” and laughed, and also commented that his busy, the assistant just banged me up and off I went, wasn’t told when I could change the dressing, when I could shower it or anything! I’ve had to look it up on google! And I’m now in agony feeling like his left a peice in my arm! Which is extremely dangerous! I really have a feeling that he either didn’t know what he was doing or if he was even trained in this! If I had read the reviews before I booked an appointment I would have never gone!"

"I have been taking my family to this practice for years now and the service is not too bad to be honest. However, I was extremely disappointed when I went there visibly in a lot of pain and was ignored by the receptionist. I had to beg to be seen. I waited and finally the doctor saw me. She didn’t even prescribed pain medication, no issue a referral. I headed straight to another doctor who accurately diagnosed the issue and said to go to Emergency in Armadale straight away. It turned out I had two kidney stones, one massive one stuck in my urethra."

"They don't care any more. You're just income to those doctors now. Receptionist was very rude today, she sounded bored and fed up booking my appointment and she didn't listen when I said multiple times I needed to book two of my kids in at the same time. I had to remind her and she sounded very much like she wanted me to just hang up. It's a horrible feeling. Also she booked the appointments an hour apart instead of making a double, and never emailed or texted me confirmation. So unprofessional. My kids are 5 and 6....... Another time my partner needed scripts and was treated horribly, told to go cold turkey off benzos he'd been on for two years. No referral to hospital or any help whatsoever for mental health. DO NOT GO FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES PLEASE."
