"Rip off and untrustworthy. Really disappointed as we wanted to support a small local business. They charged $280 for diagnostics only to clear engine fault lights and not give a cause of fault. Engine lights came back on 5 minutes down the road so went back a week later and they re diagnosed and said it’s the coil and leads at fault. They tried to charge me a further $280 for the diagnosis (I argued and only paid $80) then they quoted $1300 to replace coil and leads. I went to repco and brought just the leads for $40 and fixed myself. Problem solved. The guy was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Little did he know I was a mechanic myself in my younger years and when I questioned him about the 2nd diagnostic expense he tried to blame his secretary and the new computer software… it’s a no from me mate."

"I booked in to get a new trailer plug wired up to my new towbar. Upon dropping the car off with the supplied wiring harness they informed us that its a 4hr job and will be around $640. Strange considering Midland towbars could fit the wiring harness and plug for around$95. Absolute, predatory thieves. Do not use."
