"Not happy... I was on the phone waiting to be spoken with, then I was nxt in cue for aleast 15mins..but when it was time for clinic to be closed I was disconnected... I was concerned for my mum.. Evelyn Rawlinson.."
"Not worth one star but doesn't allow msg with ZERO stars. Just another day at Huntingdale Thornlie Med Ctre. Wait 2:15 hrs 2day for Dr Dev. I phoned ahead, told 5 waiting, told come in 30 minutes. Arrived reception area patients upset with their wait, some called ahead also. We shared our apt times in reception with each other. TWO Hours and fifteen minutes, Dr Dev comes out again, this time takes her 11:30 apt in at 13:15. No Care for her 11am apt (us)...she's consistent. Her Disorganised and apathetic treatment of sick people's time is a disgrace. I only booked her because it defaulted to her online. I knew what she was like, so called ahead. nearly TWO HOURS wait after phoning ahead and waiting 30 minutes at home at 11am. This is one of many issues. First time apt'd with her I chose first apt of the day. Dr Dev arrived late by 40minutes. She doesn't see her patient (us) or acknowledge us. She then starts making calls and attending to other things. An hour later, I asked reception for some communication and she said she will be with you soon. We had three apt's. We left, I couldn't wait for her to decide to see us, we have other commitments to get to. Another day, booked online, confirmation given, turn up for apt's x 3 at 3pm. Dr not in. Nobody let us know and no other Dr available. I showed my booking confirmation, but it meant diddly squat. Another day booked for Covid shots, no nurse. Nobody called, we found out when we came in. No body communicates or gets back to you on your concerns. The receptionist is on her own. Too busy for one receptionist with several Dr's on. Running late doesn't mean a good Dr. Means disorganised and no respect for the rest of the patients. We see an efficient specialist, a Professor. He's amazing. Always on time and very informative. So many issues at this Centre. They must owe us hundreds in late and DNA fees. Never again! You can keep your chaos."
"1. The receptionist admit and process our needs right away 2. nurse who gave my baby vaccine was friendly and she checked everything 3. The doctor who checked my baby was friendly too and kind Absolutely recommended hopefully they wont change no matter how busy or whatever it takes."
"Absolutely terrible service and very disorganised! Came in for my son’s 1year old vaccinations as an existing patient and receptionist claimed to not have any next of kin information (even though we’ve been there numerous times for his appointments) so we had to re-fill a new form. Then took her time entering my son’s information in whilst 2 other patients who came after us got attended to. We waited 1 whole hour with our agitated 1 year old only to be told “yup your next” when we asked. Receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Would never go back. Very disappointing."
"Excellent service. After being turned away from another medical center, I arrived at their door with my bleeding son. They attended to him immediately. The nurse was very patient and cleaned his wound. Dr Gary very skillfully glued his cut back together. Thanks for a quick service."
