"Bought a beautiful chain and pendant but after 6 months the chain broke so I went to get it repaired and I was unfortunately a week or 2 over the warranty which is fine but after sending it off received no communication after how long it would take or even when I took it in. I phoned after 3 weeks and they said 4-6. At 6 weeks they said 8. Then at 10 weeks still heard nothing. I called at 10 weeks and they said they received it 2 weeks ago at the destination where it was supposed to be repaired and failed to contact me. Already upset it’s been sitting there for 2 weeks when I called I still agreed to repair it for $29. I then get a phone call at 11 weeks saying it’s back at the shop unrepaired. It is not going to be almost 4 months until it gets sent back and gets fixed. An extremely negative experience and I’m not one to usually write a negative review but this is just so disappointing as I loved the jewellery but I wont be going back to buy anything else after that. The ladies on the phone were nice but that doesn’t mean good customer service."

"I have brought 2 anxiety rings for my girls in July 2022 a couple weeks apart. They had to get a large from Robina for me. 29/12/22 I took 1 back to Jacquee at Pacific Fair as it had broke. I damaged it slightly more by putting in a bag. Everything was done professionally. Advised about 6 weeks. A week later had to take my other daughters one in as it broke as well (not damaged as bad but wouldn’t spin). Jacquee replaced it straight away. Even remembered me. The first one they ended up giving me a credit as it couldn’t be fixed. Unfortunately was given a large but this one needed to be a medium. Again had to get from Robina. Can’t thank Jacquee and the team for always being professional, happy and understanding. My girls are happy again with their spinning anxiety rings. They are used frequently"

"I have been a customer of the Silver Shop for numerous years and have spent a considerable amount of money over the years with the company. The service today at the Pacific Fair was incredibly bad. If I could leave a lower star ratting than one start than I would have. On entering of store I was reluctantly acknowledge and when I asked if I could look at a piece of jewelry for my mother birthday it seemed as if I was putting the sales assistant out. I agreed to purchase the item this whole process was simply transactional. I then enquirer about tho possibility of getting the item gift wrapped. I offered to call back to collect e item once it had been wrapped. On returning to the store 15 -20 mins later the person whom had served me was on the phone and my item hadn’t even been put in a box let alone wrapped. She appeared to be talking to another store and I didn’t understand why I was of less importance than the call - so I said I would come back. On returning the second time I had to wait another 5 mins for the item to be wrapped the whole time she was on another call with an internal person. Extremely disappointed !!!"
