However, your booking ensures that no other formal events will take place in your chosen location at the same time. Depending on the activity and infrastructure required, a refundable bond may be required to cover potential parkland damage.

Please keep in mind that gazebos and barbecues are available on a first come, first served basis. Barbecues can be used between 6am and 10pm, and we kindly ask that you leave them in good condition after use. The City of Gosnells undertakes cleaning on a weekly basis to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

If you're planning to visit the lakes and wetlands within Auckland Park, please be aware that water aerators operate on a timed schedule. In summer, they run between 6am and 6pm, and in winter, between 4pm and 6pm. However, these times can be adjusted for special occasions.

We understand that many visitors want to bring their furry friends along. Auckland Park provides designated dog off-lead exercise areas, including the enclosed dog park at Harmony Fields, Maddington. Outside of these areas, dogs must remain on a lead in public spaces. We kindly ask that you pick up after your dog to maintain the cleanliness of our community spaces.
