"Hi my name is Veer, I visited Tandara dental clinic for the first time on 15.02.23 due to an infected tooth with severe pain. Actually I couldn’t get any appointment in my area as all the dental clinics were fully book. Normally I use Prospect dental clinic for treatment in Armadale which is 5 minutes from home. Due to pain I left with no option and start searching online and luckily found Tandara dental clinic which is 25 mins from home. I was surprised to see that there was lot of spots available so start thinking may be they are not that good. I start checking the reviews and came across few bad reviews. Honestly I didn’t had a big choice at that moment as I was in pain, so I book and appointment online. After 10 mins the clinic reception call me to confirm my booking. she was friendly and very professional. I was advised to be there 10 mins before my appointment to fill out some paperwork as I was a new patient. My appointment was 13:00 pm and without any delay I was seen by a young doctors VRAJ PATEL. He was friendly, confident and very professional. He went above and beyond and asked questions to get me what I needed. He is soo good and knowledgeable he also answer to all the questions and gave me lots of advice after showing me my X-ray. Now this is my new dental Clinic. I will highly recommend Tandara dental clinic, they have a great bedside manner. That is certainly hard to find. Don’t fool by those few bad reviews and give it a try you won’t be disappointed with their service. Thank you again guys for helping me very appreciated!!! I had a very pleasant experience. Overall staff are great! It was convenient & comfortable-great atmosphere too! Best practice, best team, best dentist and overall the most value for money."
