"Don’t bother with this place. Customer service is terrible. I booked several months in advance, on the day which would eventually become the public holiday for the Queens Mourning Day. Heard nothing from the clinic even though they had ample time to inform people who had appointments on that day whether they’d be opening or not. I tried calling several times the day before but they didn’t bother answering. I left a voicemail message and they never bothered to call me back. I checked their social media and website, no record of them being closed. I drive to the clinic and all they’ve done is put a sign on the door saying closed today. Poor attempt at a very simple thing called good customer service. I won’t go back and neither should you."
