"Walked in to get my nails done, was advised where to sit and pick a colour. Picked within one minute as I knew what I wanted. Proceeded to sit there for 20mins being ignored by staff. Ended up walking out cause I had somewhere else I needed to be. Not a great way to run a business."

"I asked for straight tips and spend a good 5 minutes explaining to the woman what straight tips are. She still had no clue trying to tell me there’s only one type of tip until another staff member went and got the tips, which i was charged an extra 15 dollars for. I wanted a milky white nail polish and they were out. They proceeded to try paint my nails a blush pink, i was cut atleast 3 times during filing and was apologised to once. She was very rough on my nails and it was honestly a painful experience. I was left with a lumpy set of nails aswell, i’ve never seen anyone do nails the way this woman did because she slopped alot of beads around in no order and added more to fill the gaps."

"I had a mani pedi at this nail place today. The overall job was not too bad however one of the staff members was quite rude. She was quite aggressive and kept talking behind our backs and wouldn’t finish the job. They also didn’t have miltiple of the nail colours in stock that I requested.I also asked for a semi simple acrylic nail design and they said it would cost $105 just for the manicure. I thought it was ridiculous since my friends got a similar design done somewhere else for $70. She was quite abrupt and rude therefor I just asked for pink French tips and for some reason she said it would cost the same ($105). Overall I was just given cheap white French tip acrylics Wich I’m not thrilled with."

"Wish i could rate this place a 0. My first experience was actually 5 star but i guess your experience really depends on the technician you get. Hit or Miss. My skin was peeled off from the many mistakes of filing my skin instant of nail. I asked for short nail extension because i had weak nails and couldnt afford having them too long incase of them breaking off. But there is no shape to it at all!! Uneven and totally not in shape. Every nail has its own shape and design. Not to mention the super rude technician who was snickering and making rude comments along with rude facial expressions every time I comment on something or do something. Also, my skin was covered in stains especially my pinky. Can’t believe a manicurist would be ok letting a customer leave the shop with such a poor job done."
