"The doctor was fine - but heads up...unlike most practices in the area who dont bulk bill but do for kids (im talking a 2.5 yr old) these guys don't. $75 for a 5 minute consult for a child. Wouldnt recommend for kids, plenty of surgeries in the same area that bulk bill kids."

"Very disappointed with service of front reception. When booking for my son, I asked if they bulk billed, the recpetion said they were a private billing practice but the Dr for the booking made for us does Bulk bill. I made the booking based on this info. When attending the appointment, the receptionist who made the booking flatly denied telling me that the particular Doctor would bulk bill and that there is no bulk billing even for children. This is absolutely disgusting business practice. I would recommend people go to another practice even if you have to pay. I will never go there again. If I have to pay then I would prefer to pay another more professional practice even if its in another suburb."
