"Absolutely disgusted with how my sister was treated at the Cannington store went in looking for her wedding dress and she was fat shammed for not being a size 8. We where not helped other then for the lady to say these are the only dresses you can try on and not to look at the others as if she split them she had to buy it. The options given looked dirty and my mum had to help my sister into the dresses. Do not recommend these horrible people my sister was in tears after this. Absolutely disgusted"
"Went to buy a suit and veil, walked in and we were not even acknowledged. Walked around for 5 minutes, 4 to 5 staff were there and not 1 asked us if we needed help. 1 member literally moved out of the way for us to get passed and still did not offer assistance and continued chatting about her husband's long service leave. Absolutely appalling customer service and by the looks of your reviews on here you've been told this is an issue and have not rectified it."
