"Don't waste your time. This business owner will gladly take your money and deliver nothing. DO NOT buy vouchers, they won't be redeemed. Emails, phone calls, and texts will go unanswered. Wish I'd read the previous review earlier. He's obviously more than happy to rip off his own community members."
"I wouldn't advise buying a fishing trip voucher from this business. I bought one for my husband over a year ago and he's tried at least 10 times to book a trip over the last year. Each time there was some reason why the trip couldn't go ahead. John did not return calls or text messages. Clearly it wasn't in his interest to do so...he had our money already. The whole experience was unpleasant and frustrating. We've given up trying and waiting for a refund."
"“Never worked a day in their lives”. Booked a charter. Called day before to confirm and it was “all go”. Arrived at empty marina the next morning. Called John at 545am, and you know when you’ve woken someone up !! He said line was bad and he would call back. I’m still waiting…. Use the other charter at same marina."

"I took my staff out for a end of year work Fishing trip and we had such a great day. I’ve done a few charters before and as much as I accept at times we won’t catch much due to the time of year and conditions, the way the skipper and staff on board looked after us was the best service I’ve had so far from any charter on the Gold Coast. In saying that we cleaned up on the fish, catching Dolphin Fish, Flathead, Taylor, Drag and the list goes on. Thank you for a great day."
