"I shop a lot at Calvin Klein, for everything from my active wear, pyjamas and underwear to my suitcases however I find the stores to always be incredibly understaffed which leads to a real lack of service in all areas. You would spend more if you had help actually finding items, however there just isn't anyone available. More staff would improve the store all round."

"Bad experience and rude customer service from one of the female staff (her name is Jas if I am not mistaken), she not willing to give out her name when I ask her politely, she call herself Calvin as I ask. I bought some cloths with a bag provided by the other shops at Perth DFO, notice there is a discount going on at Kelvin Klein, was thinking might as well get into the bargain like everyone else. Pick up a couple of cloths and heading to the changing room to try on, met this women (assuming her name is Jas) walk towards me and rudely requested me to leave my bag outside the changing room, I then ask her wouldn't it be taken by someone (common sense)? She then said I am only allowed to take 4 cloths inside the changing room. Fair enough, I took 4 cloths into the fitting room to try on and gave the rest to her (as I thought she would put in aside for me to try on later). After chosen the right shirt I am going to purchase as I walk out from the fitting room, I couldn't find the rest of the cloths anywhere that I pass to her before. Later then only she told me she has put all the cloths back onto the shelfs cause it took her too long to wait for me?! what? I wasn't even expecting her to wait! Just leave it outside the changing room or leave it behind the counter as other store will do. I was really dissapointed at that moment imagine you have to go all over again to look for the cloths. I kept silence and walk away hoping to search for those sizes and design again (An Indian male staff notice the situation and came over and offer me help) . Suddenly she came and approached me and told me If just now I wasn't being rude to her she would have treated me better?! Out of the blue when did I even being rude to her from the very beginning?! My facial expression was frustrated cause you put back all the cloths I have pick without letting me know or being inform! I just put down the cloths while the rest of the customer just watch me walk out from the store. Totally understandable the Xmas period is hectic or overwhelmed for everyone, but there is no way you should ever treat a customer like that (customer isn't always right, but in my situation the customer service from the staff is just unacceptable). I will get a statement written and send it to the head office, hopefully a better service will be provided in future, the reputation of the company rely on the services of their employees."

"The worst shopping experience ever . The incompetent staff, rude, threatening and racist. I bought an apparel and it had a defect. I went to get it replaced after 10 minutes of buying it. I was told that they have already returned the item and gave me $18 in cash refund. I told them check the cameras as I was waiting the item to be replaced. The manager accused me and my family of taking $18 and a green colour item in exchange of the item returned . When I told him that the item has still not been returned then the manager started counting the cash register by commenting that our systems don’t lie. He told me to show the bank statements to prove that I have not got a refund . I asked him to check the cameras but he said to wait till tomorrow and he’ll call cops. When I requested the manager to ask the staff that served me and she would remember if she would have given me cash and have returned the item, I was told that she serves a lot of customers without even asking her. A real bad and frustrating response and worst customer service ever experienced across many countries. This Perth airport DFO CK store manager was extremely incompetent."

"Went in on a busy Sunday to browse for some jeans, the lady (Yvonne) who was working in the change rooms had excellent customer service! She was soo super friendly, knowledgeable and honest and I've honestly never had that type of service anywhere in Perth. Thank you soo much Yvonne you are an absolute star !! Keep it up xxx"
