"THE WORST SALON EVER! Wish I could give zero stars. And I wish I never stepped foot inside this horrible, dodgy little place which appears to be a storage room part of Coles. DO NOT get the eyelash lift or any beauty treatment. They are inexperienced, incompetent, and too busy packing in more customers to give the proper attention required. The "salon" is behind a curtain. My eyes were stuck together with glue and left for literally HOURS! They wash my eyes in a bowl of dirty chemicals and glue water! They cannot get all the glue off my eyes after scraping and scrubbing at my eyes three separate times - which were at my insistence telling them "you have to get these chemicals off my eyes!" as they had just left me "sorry we wont be long" with eyes stuck together and were doing other people's hair! I had to try picking it off myself. Eyelashes are still a clumping mess, one eye is curled right around touching my skin! The other eye has big patches missing. Face, eyes and skin is still rashing and painful 2 weeks later. Told them by phone and email that I expect a refund, the owners do not have the decency to even respond. Meanwhile my daughter had a haircut, then they took 3 hours to wash it. She MISSED her facial THAT I PAID FOR in advance all together as they took so long - almost 4 hours in total to get one simple haircut and have eyelashes and skin completely destroyed. Plans for day and following weekend had to be cancelled due to infected eyes and skin. Worst experience of our life. Never ever go to this place it should not be licenced as a beauty salon, if it even is, I will be submitting complaints to Consumer Affairs to have it revoked. Do not go here, you have been warned."

"I absolutely LOVE the environment and loyalty to her regular clients at QB10. They really look after there customers. You all Have a laugh, make you feel comfortable. I have special needs children and all the staff go above and beyond to cater for them. I won't go anywhere else.! Affordable, work around your schedules and have even said i come short notice."

"Just got a facial and haircut at QB10. I highly recommend it. Senisha did my facial and it was such a nice refreshing experience and massage. Coco did my hair, it looks great, she took her time and put in lots of blended layers and it looks so much lighter and exactly what I asked for. It was an incredible deal as well! I will be returning even though its 30min away."

"BEWARE !! The service here is rubbish. Took my 11yr old for her 2nd haircut. Our 1st time we were charged $30 for cut and wash & received good service from a hairdresser who no longer works here. But today, we were ALMOST charged $60! Lucky I moved my card away from the eftpos machine before she could charge me! When I asked why and for a price list, Linda proceeded to spiel off the top of her head and then showed me her computer screen, to my surprise only came to $55. I asked about the price difference from the 1st time and what the extra $5 was & was advised that we should’ve been charged more the 1st time and that it’s $5 extra for her hair length. Wowww how disappointing ! QB10 need to have a printed price list for customers to refer to and also take responsibility for their services by making sure the PARENT is aware BEFORE you go and wash/cut the child’s hair. After much conversation and eye rolling, Linda took $20 off our bill after realising she just tried to rip me off and didn’t get away with it. If she was genuinely sorry and explained herself better, we might have left on a better note. But to try a blame me and say I was confused…. Don’t take your kids here guys."
