Ran the scan tool on it, took it for an extensive test drive and didn’t charge me. Very appreciative. They came recommended from a friend who also raves about them. I highly recommend these guys. "Please Avoid! This is more in relation to the warranty process for inspecting a broken Turbo. Turbo was dropped off at Turbotech for a warranty enquiry. Was told by 'Bill' that the inspected turbo root cause of failure was sealant blocking the oil lubricating ports. To my surprise i questioned on how the sealant could have come about. One of his response was 'just come in and have a look, you don't believe me anyways'. Got the turbo picked up and boom.....it is not sealant. It is crystallised antifreeze. Laughing cause the guy can't even tell the difference and made up an excuse for the warranty claim. I used a borescope and nope, no sealant lodged into the oil lubricating ports. So that finalises that. The staff at Turbotech has gone silent on returning my emails back also. Additionally i want to make note of the concerns dealing with Turbotech: 1. The turbo was disassembled by Turbotech but not reassembled. If you look at their T&C there is ambiguity about this, which favours the party that didn't draft it. 2. The turbo did not come back with the correct parts. Random bolts and nuts supplied. I even gave it to a turbo specialist and they mention they just gave you rubbish. 3. They didn't give back the actuator that was previously supplied. Likely taken it thinking wouldn't notice. Probably used to rebuild another person car. 4. The body of the turbo is not the one we supplied for the warranty check. Looks to be a random body which they thought i'll overlook. Pretty sad for a business."

"Quality of work is high, pricing is on the high side of acceptable, recent job came in 25% higher than originally discussed but all the charges looked legitimate. While staff were friendly and knowledgeable, continuing communication once a job is accepted was less than desirable. Definitely would use again, but don't have the expectation of receiving any progress communication."
