"A follow up to my review below. I really appreciated Dr Richard phoning to confirm the incident and to offer his apologies. On picking up a referral, I asked the receptionist to confirm if the gentleman that walked into reception was Dr Richard as Dr Mina whom has now left referred me too. The receptionist wasn't listening to what I was asking and on the 3rd occasion I had to asked she muttered "Attitude" at me. I explained I had been referred but had not met Dr Richard and said she wasn't listening to me. Which prompted a loud outburst from her to tell me to "Go away"! Now I know we all have our bad days but I was really shocked and upset at the rudeness of this receptionist. I have heard good reports about Dr Richard, but unfortunately I will not be returning to this Medical Centre."
"We have been in this clinic for more than 10 years with doctor mina and Dr. Richard which are Good doctors. But recently they have new nurse..she had administered a wrong dosage of my desensitisation which has caused me to call an ambulance. I reported it and they are rude about it specially the receptionist."
