"This post office has gone completely downhill since being taken over by the short, rotund Indian man a couple of years ago. He is rude, constantly makes mistakes and regularly overcharges, plus he attempts to shift the blame back on you if you do point out a mistake or discrepancy. I'd recommend never to set a foot in the place, but if you do, make sure you scrutinise your receipts to make sure he hasn't added any services you didn't ask for (ie. signature on delivery when not required, or adding an extra $100 onto the insured value). I've given them multiple chances hoping that the instances were one offs, but he's tried to do it to me on at least 6 occasions now, necessitating calls to Australia Post customer assistance to have them rectify these mistakes. After enduring horrible customer service again today, I can confidently say I will never visit this particular post office again, ever."

"A parcel lodged for me at this post office then generated notification that the item was "Awaiting collection" there when I actually live in a completely different state. Further, their landline and fax numbers have been disconnected, so that it is almost impossible to contact them directly. The only option is to try to make contact through the Australia Post national '13' number."

"** WARNING* DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE !! My parcel was delivered to the wrong location and the home owners dropped the parcel for me to collect at flagstaff hill. After my first awful visit, I confirmed with auspost customer service that I could collect the parcel without my drivers license and simply provide other forms of id. Customer service also faxed instructions to release my package. So I returned to collect it. They refused to give me my property, after I stated I had phoned customer service and confirmed the policy regarding ID. He refused to adhere to this new information so I said I would have to phone police if they insist on stealing. Immediately a crazy Indian man with a bun rushed over began to insist the rounder man phone the police in retaliation To saying I was prepared to call police. If that wasn't insane enough; The manager then made threats towards me after I said they were both acting insane. "You don't know what I'm capable of" Etc. Making for the most scary and stressful experience I have ever encountered. They are clearly sexist against women who know their rights about the correct policies and a woman who stood up for herself. I'm truly disgusted at your location. Please do not use this post office. You should be ashamed of yourselves."
