"Great service, young lad fitted head light globes fir, hard but he didn't give up."

"Bought Some NARVA LED high beam bulbs 3 months ago for $165, and on Thursday night noticed one bulb was broken and was still in warranty. also I bought some NARVA LED low beam bulbs roughly 6 months ago (the low beam LED's kept failing and ended up exchanging them 3 times). So went back to the store the next morning and I said "I purchased these bulbs 3 months ago and they have failed and I'm not happy with these low beams bulbs can I get a refund, as they keep failing?" They asked for proof of purchase. They looked on my club account for the recipt and found I had exchanaged the low beams 3 times. I even showed them my purchase and told them the dates of purchase for the low and high beams on my bank account, and was told by the rude cashier "we're not covering under it warranty". Showed them outside and it worked, then as they went inside it didn't work. and sure enough the bulb wouldn't turn on. called up from outside and asked for them to come outside and look again, and was told "You came in earlier today and it worked and now you're coming in and it doesn't work..." which I replied "then it must be faulty..." She argued back and I said I checked the connections and everything to which she said in a rude and obnoxious way with a face "You need to go to a electrical sparkie" I told her these are brand new headlight assemblies and it can't be a electrical fault." besides the last service was at 90,000kms they found no issues with the battery or or electronics, and when I came to the store, my car currently had 100700kms I asked to speak to the manager she said I already did. She walked off in a huff to the store and I was waiting outside for 10 mins and she even looked outside and saw me waiting for the manager, and eventually the manager came out and she unplugged the bulb and plugged them in the other way, and the bulb turned on. She said "These bulbs are reverse palarity. I didn't know that, neither did any of the other staff know". They should've asked another staff member in the first place about why the bulb was not working properly, instead of this whole drama. Was a long time customer, and club member and would always buy my car cleaning products from there beacuse of the friendly service for Jordie and the other staff. Not anymore. Will be canceling my club memer account and will not be buying from there anymore and will find another auto parts store to buy from. Just disgusted of the way that staff member was acting and the way I was treated."

"I purchased new globes for my car and paid for them to be fitted by Supercheap. The young guy fitted 2 out of 4 globes, then said he couldn't do the others. He didn't give me a reason, and it felt like him fitting them at all was an inconvenience. When I got home, one of the globes he'd fitted wasn't even done properly. I ended up doing it myself, then fitted the other two globes and realised it's actually easy to do. Waste of $20. Gave an additional star because the pricing was competitive compared to others."
