"I will start by saying do not choose this provider as all they will provide is headaches. My car is nearing 4 months and it has still not moved since. I have been given over 20 date changes of arrival which speaks for itself. The oversees call centre is useless and will tell you the things you already know. I was referred to this company by a car dealership and wish I went with who I intended on choosing rather than this poor excuse for a business/service."
"I booked premium transport that was enclosed. The car arrived dirty inside, driver's seat stained and brown with multiple scratches and a chipped window. Dashboard was also very dirty. This was a brand new car from the dealer and did not have these issues before transport. They do not answer their phones at the Perth depot. Front desk staff uninterested and unhelpful to say the least. Update 08/03/23 - we had a second car also coming from eastern states that was booked before the current one that arrived and we are still waiting for it. Ceva advised they don't do a comprehensive warranty for damage to the car, this is despite it being transported in an enclosed environment. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere, their support staff are unreliable, inefficient, ill-informed and will ultimately waste your money. Rating changed to 1 star due to the additional display of incompetence by Ceva."
"Incompetent and disgusting service. Our car was picked up in December from Sydney and it is now March and we have no idea when our car will get to Perth. It has been three months and the estimated delivery keeps getting pushed forward. Where is our car? Our family has lost thousands in car hire costs. No one will compensate us for the months we’ve lost in hire car costs and they offered $190 in compensation! We were promised a six week timeframe and now it is 3 months and ongoing. Do not trust them with your car."
"Do not trust your car with them. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent service. I have been without a car for 3.5 months now and still not received my car. ETA was 6 weeks, it has now been three times the estimated arrival date. It is likely the car was never shipped or went to the wrong date. The car was was due today and now has been delayed for the fourth time! My husband has spend 5 hours in total on the phone to them. They offered $190 discount for 5 hours on the phone and thousands of dollars lost to hire car costs. They do not care what they put families through without a car. We just want our car back. It was reported to be sitting on the Sydney warf for months, unacceptable. Service order number 4426309"
"I have to say I was initially nervous about shipping my car from Cairns to Perth. The agents in Cairns were very helpful and assured me my vehicle would be taken care of. The quoted time was met and I was able to track its progress . It was shipped by road to Brisbane and from Brisbane it came by ship. I was notified promptly when it arrived at the Perth depot and I was delighted to find that there no damage at all. Very happy with the service."
