"First time staying for a weekend and absolutely loved it! Perfect and relaxing location. Extras we paid for: Breakfast, picnic, BBQ pack and music/champagne/cheese/chocolate on arrival. You definitely get great value; more than enough food for two people, fresh, very tasty and all prepared nicely for you! (We got the picnic with the chairs/tables/rug and in all honestly, we didn’t want to leave the cabin, we sat on the deck enjoying the nature - we loved we could simply relax and not go anywhere). Only 30 minutes from home and the perfect getaway! Thank you to the staff for everything, couldn’t complain!"

"This is my fifth year visiting in a row for my annual half day signature spa package “treat” for myself and every single time, it is hard to leave. I booked by email and got a response within minutes, reception staff are always friendly and the treatments are divine. The staff really care about creating an exceptional experience for you. My therapist today was Eleanor, and she was incredible. I highly recommend her for any treatment. The jacuzzi cabins are large, well maintained and beautifully decked out. In terms of location, service and experience, I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. I love going there every year."

"I had the most beautiful night away here with my boyfriend. We had the most amazing and relaxing time together, the spa with the most incredible views and the room we had was stunning. The air felt so clean and a sense of secluded privacy that the location of the lodges gave was such a nice touch. I definitely recommend coming here for a romantic getaway or even with a friend for a wholesome time. The staff are very friendly and professional and we will definitely be returning and trying out the massage packages in the future."

"I came for the 2.5 hour experience with my girlfriend and Mom and found that it was too rushed and massively overpriced what it was. Wish I’d of spent the money on going to the Ritz. Couldn’t even sit down after the massage and chill(closing time was straight after my massage so don’t book for 2:30 pm onwards) Lodge was beautiful and internals were great, nice little secluded environment and very quiet which was nice. Scones and sparkling were really nice, they did a great job with the food and drinks for the lodge part. Spa was slightly warm but needed to be hotter and cleaned. jets wernt very powerful at all. Spa was from the stone ages. Massage was very very average, wasn’t what I was expecting from all the good recommendations I’ve looked through. Glad I tried this out before booking a romantic getaway with my girlfriend properly and spending a lot more money. Would consider returning but would have to be one of my later choices from other facilities unfortunately. Hope this review gives you an insight to our experience and is taken in a way to improve in the future"

"It’s a very nice, quiet and romantic place to stay. I loved the modern but earthy design. Only had someone knock once which was to ask if we needed anything/bins changed, which was great! The customer service was amazing. There was a bit of commotion the first night but it didn’t ruin the night! It was great that they provided basically everything you needed - utensils, tea, coffee, knives, etc. The step to the bed area is bigger than an average step so be aware of that. I do believe the price is a bit steep for it, but none the less I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a romantic getaway."
