About the Business
Welcome to Roleystone Hardware, located at 21 Jarrah Road in Roleystone, Australia. Our establishment is a hardware store and a point of interest in the community. We pride ourselves on providing convenience and quality products to our customers.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we will close around 2 pm on days when the shop temperatures exceed 34C. This is particularly common on days when the maximum forecast temperature exceeds 38C. We prioritize the well-being of our customers and staff, and we appreciate your understanding.
On Sunday, August 16th, we will be celebrating our 10-year anniversary of owning this business. It's going to be a real winter's day, and based on our experience over the past 10 years, the shop tends to be quiet on such days. Therefore, we have decided to take the day off. We kindly request you to shop for any emergency supplies, such as roof and gutter silicone, beforehand.
In other news, we will be migrating to Windows 10 on Tuesday, February 18th at 9 am. We ask for your patience and understanding as this may result in a delayed opening time. We anticipate opening by 10 am, and we appreciate your support during this transition.
At Roleystone Hardware, we are not just a "need it now" hardware store. We also offer gardening advice, quality products, and a diverse selection of plants that we know will thrive in the local climate. If you're looking to refresh your kitchen herb garden, we have a fresh selection of seedlings available, including Australian bush basil. Additionally, it's potato season, so be sure to preorder your favorite varieties.
In response to popular demand, we are now open 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. Please check our updated time listings for each day to plan your visit accordingly.
Thank you for choosing Roleystone Hardware. We look forward to serving you and providing the best hardware and gardening solutions for your needs.

"Sue is great to work with. Whenever I need something from Bunnings I quickly check to see if Sue has it. She alway makes an effort to assist me or directs me to the right place. Her prices are very fair, reasonable and quite often the cheaper alternative to driving all the way to Bunnings. Thanks for your assistance and keep up the fantastic work. Daly & Co Electrical"
"This place has saved me many times from a long drive back down the hill The young lady who runs the shop is very knowledgeable and helpful Please support this business because if you don't it will disappear"
"Attended the local hardware store today after recently reading a post saying they have absolutely everything and anything. As a local company, we spend thousands in Bunnings each week, and thought we would try sourcing things and supporting local. Women working in the store today was less than inviting. My partner and I entered with our baby in a pram, and as we manoeuvred through the store, we were told her store is not big enough for prams. We stated we'd park him off to the side, and my partner would stay there whilst I browsed. She then told us to put the baby at the front door, he's not old enough to care and we are in a safe enough neighbourhood. She followed my partner through the store as she tried to find a suitable spot to stand in with the pram, she felt very uncomfortable and ended up just leaving. So, note to self, if you have a pram, or have a disability that requires you to use a wheelchair, shop elsewhere."
"Very impressed with this very welcoming hardware store. Their range is impressive given their size, and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly love the slightly old world feel to the exterior of the shop, the shop frontage is fantastic and feels like a throwback to a bygone era when service and customer welfare were top priorities. I would also highlight that prices always feel very fair, I expected prices to be higher given its a small independent shop, but I truly feel they're very fair, not once have I felt otherwise."
