"As usual, one mention of concern and Gavin was right onto it. After 11 years, finally had to replace the original Rotors and brake shoes. Great job, lend car for the day and friendly service. Don't retire yet Gavin, we Prius owners need you. 2 weeks later, Headlight globe blown. Call to distributor, asking $145, at least 2 days notice, 2 hours to replace claimed tricky job. Called Gavin, said just come on in, 10 minute job $20. Happy beyond words."
