"This place is dodgy. They used to bulk bill but last week, without warning they charged a full fee. I paid it and they told me that I wouldn’t be charged to come back and get pathology results but tonight they charged me again even though I advised that they told me they wouldn’t. They were also running 20 mins late! I asked on both occasions to have spots on my skin checked but both doctors told me they weren’t qualified to check skin and to book another appointment with a different doctor. The girl on the desk called the doctor as I was leaving to check if it was a billed appointment. The doctor said to charge me so I told her I won’t be booking the skin doctor as I won’t return to this clinic again. Very unpleasant experience!"
"The doctors are really great at this practice but front counter staff (so called receptionists) are hopeless and rude. Their customer service is well below zero...need training and learn how to care to sick people. Absolutely disgusting experience ..."
"I have seen Dr Shobana and Dr Silvaraja at this facility. Both of them are exceptionally good doctors and care for their patients. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time which is exceptional compared to some other facilities. My whole family now goes to this medical facility when required.
