"We have been booking holiday accommodation with Rainbow Bay Realty for 12 seasons (July/August) in the Coolangatta/Rainbow Bay area. Their service is outstandingl. Over the years, all of the staff have provided us with professional, courteous, friendly and accurate service - without exception. For two of those years, Australia was in the grip of the pandemic with lockdowns, border closures and heavy restrictions particularly in the border areas of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads. However, we were still able to have two holidays with no disruption in respect to the service provided by RBR. The ability to book ahead for the following year is also a great benefit. We have recommended RBR to quite a few people seeking holiday accommodation in the area and they have also become repeat customers. We would highly recommend RBR to any potential holidaymakers. Likewise we believe that landlords could not go wrong choosing to use RBR as their holiday marketer as they appear to have a very good balance between ensuring both parties receive truly excellent service."
