"Kids hockey shouldn't be played at this place. No facilities for drink and food or any medical. @hockeywa needs to stop games being held here."
"Trevor gribble is a lovely subarbian park at a prominent intersection of parry and Karel av. It is also home to the red socks hockey club that use the grounds and the club hous once a quarter. The cricket pitch in the middle of the ground is in good nik and the cricket clubs also schedule a match roughly once a quarter. But the cricket box/nets that gets used a lot. The grass is very well maintained and manicured well by the groundsmen that mow every 2days. The RSPCA hold puppy training classes every Wednesday close to the main carpark. A lot of people bring their dogs to this park. Since the park is not fenced off dogs that have a bad recall must be kept on a lead. However, This is an off lead dog park and dogs do not require to be kept on a lead. A few older and middle aged people get together for taichi in the morning. A lot of other older people enjoy walking the perimeter on the soft grass in the evening. This park is fiarly secure as it is surrounded by main roads on two adjacent sides and another side by houses with security cameras. There is a single unsecure area, behind the trees (Between houses) that has a few bike jump ramps. What can be done better? - Water stations for dogs, people children on either end of park - Concrete path surrounding park for joggers/cyclists - Perimeter fence to protect dogs and children from busy road adjacent - Children's sensory nook next to car.park - Public barbecue facilities in front club house In summary, a pretty friendly neighbourhood park frequented by courteous and friendly people. Can do with an upgrades as suggested above."
"A vast expanse of grass. Nothing for leisure goers but ok for organised football and cricket. Has a car park"
"Nice reserve, however, lacks adequate parking during spring events and no real accessible parking or ramps to clubrooms. Facilities are quite old and unkept but functional"
"Sports ground area with space for rugby and cricket. It's on a corner and there is no fencing from the area to the two busy roads - so not advisable for young kids to run around. Some seats are broken and more are needed. Being adjacent to a small strip of native vegetation along a creek, there are some nice walks nearby."
