Rydo - Book a Taxi Perth 297 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, Western Australia 6104

"Terrible experience. Firstly, I had to book a taxi to the airport through the webpage as the Rydo app has not been maintained and so cannot be used on current Android phones. The taxi I booked never arrived. Instead I get a call from GM cabs wanting to confirm whether I had been picked up because from their side, the Taxi Driver claimed he had picked me up. When I said I was still waiting and at risk of missing my flight, to their credit they organised another taxi pretty quickly. However when I arrived at the airport I was charged $40 which was way more than the quote of $25 for my original booking and having travelled this route many times before, it should not have costed anymore than $33. Then to add insult to injury, I get emailed the invoice from the original taxi who never picked me up showing he had blatantly decided to collect someone else to a different location. This was my first and last experience with Rydo."
