"Amazing patients thank you so much ! Highly recommend!"
"Helped us get money back for a car we got ripped off with. Very helpful courteous staff. Easy to deal with."
"Very helpful and understanding. Provided information required and drafted a letter on my behalf which was I was very grateful for."
"Beware, do not rely on advice from this service, if in doubt seek a second opinion. Our experience here was nothing short of appalling. The mother of my child came here for some basic legal advice while I looked after our daughter. She was told by a young female lawyer to advise me in writing that she will withhold our child from my care and that I should seek mediation if I wish to see her. She was also told that if she did not remove the child from my care that the child could be taken away from her and because the mother is not an Australian citizen she could be deported from the country. I therefore sought advice from a family lawyer, they were absolutely flabbergasted that someone providing legal advice could get it so wrong. There is no legal or other reason that should prevent me seeing my children nor is there any reason or possibility that our daughter would be taken away from her mother. This caused us a lot of stress and anxiety and should never have happened."
"I recommend to give this a try before spending thousands of dollars on a lawyer where the lawyers here have a vast knowledge of the law. Front service staff are friendly and polite and can answer most questions. They do survive on donations so if possible make some sort of contribute to their fantastic cause in helping people get best outcome of their case."
