"Horrible new parking system, you can't do laps while waiting for the plane to land must spend less than 5 mins in pick up area and can't re-enter within 10mins and if you get stuck behind someone who doesn't know the rules you get hit with a fee if you are 1sec over 5 mins with no way to dispute.
