"My husband is suffering from worst dandruff but dr was like it can't be cured and he just some ointment and same shampoo which is not working anymore on my hubby. And Dr said keep trying. I am shocked to see who gave them medical degrees and we ended up wasting $240. They are looting hard earned money. If there is no treatment then ask patient to not come and waste money"

"Not all dermatologists are the same! At last a wonderful medical appointment. I was expecting very little, dermatologists do not inspire confidence generally but this time it was different. I can highly recommend this dermatology service, I have had 5 years of horrible doctors, so this visit was a real breath of fresh air. I am really glad I went, I feel optimistic about getting appropriate treatment and help off the back of this appointment. A lot of healthcare professionals these days, just get you in, do nothing to help, you are in and out, they go through their procedure, you pay and they do absolutely nothing to help. The amount of completely pointless appointments I have gone to beggars belief, but at last I got real help, from an excellent doctor. I am rapt. Anyway, if you would like to get kind, compassionate, professional and insightful service, from great doctors, go here. There is street parking on the side street. I am so glad I went for the appointment, my health situation is complex and it has been easier to just ignore me for so many healthcare professionals, I was expecting more of the same but instead I was listened to and the doctor took immediate action to assist me. Now I have hope."

"Dr Daniel Hewitt is a kind and gentle gentleman and listens to your queries and points out exactly what you need to do and what medication you would need, would definitely recommend him. However my appointment was at 8 on the website it states that you should arrive at least 15 mins before appointment if you’re a first time patient, I did come at 7:45am however had to stand outside when the receptionists were clearly inside. It’s not the biggest deal in the world however it would’ve been nice to sit inside instead of being out in the sun, the receptionists definitely did see me as we made eye contact as soon as I showed up."

The receptionist doesn’t know the meaning of customer service - The dermatologist had no common decency with the sensitivity of the full body mole exam, and even cut me off when I tried to explain another concerning mole I had.
