"We purchased a new fridge from this store and it was faulty from day one & asked for a refund or a replacement but was refused. So Electrolux sent a service technician & he advised the fridge system was faulty & not worth repairing & also confirmed the fridge was over 4 years old so we confronted the floor manager Daniel Orr about sold old stock without disclosure of age, he still refused to refund or replace the fridge but eventually Electrolux issued a store credit. So after approximately 5 weeks we got another fridge no thanks to him. We have spent thousands with this store over the years but because of his appalling attitude of customer service for us we will never deal with this store again."
