"Highly disappointed with the service here!! Pretty much a scam and a rip off. We took our Pegeout here and the owner told us he knows everything about Pegeout and will help as we had an emergency. Said they will charge per hour for diagnosis 130$. After hours got our car back and paid over 500$ and were told the mechanic is busy and will call us back after he finishes. He didn’t. And no bill was send to us either even though they told us we will get it.. that was Friday. Called them on Monday to find out what did we pay for. Very vague explanation of what has been done and substantial quote for repairs. Took the car to another European cars mechanic that was recommended and they found that all errors were erased from the car computer so not possible to find whether there were any problems or not. The diagnosis from Euromotors cannot be confirmed. Other important problem has not been diagnosed by them though and it could cause a death of the engine if not fixed. Absolutely discussed by the service Wassim has provided!! Ive felt treated like a fool whom they doing a favour, not a customer who pays them money!! We earnestly think 500$ were just taken from us for absolutely nothing!! I will do my best to spread the word about Wassim and his business as unreliable and unprofessional!"
