"Following is a good example of how an easy & peaceful shopping experience can turn into a customer service nightmare ! Only bcz you have to deal with stupid check out ppl and managers for something that could have been easily fixed. The chcek out guy today refused to sell me a product bcz it did not have a tag attched to it. As if it was my responsibility to keep the price tag intact on woolis products. I asked him to find the price in the system , the young fellow told he wont sell the product and put the product away! I found that was very rude! Anyways come to the point, there was wrong price tag on a fruit item. I was chasing them to fix the price and give me at the price it was advertised for after waiting for ten mins at the counter. They checks the price and told me that the product are sold per unit and not per kg while the price tag of $3/kg was still unchanged and they continued to argue with me. I was getting frustrated first with the boy at the counter then the lady who claimed to be the manager, even though at the beginning she said she needs to ask her manager to look at my problem. she said i need to leave the strore bcz I raised my voice at her . Stupid lady then called the police bcz they dont have the basic customer service skill to mitigate any low risk escalation, i had my 4yr old boy with me, and they thought i was getting violent! Even though this was a very easy scenario, they only needed to call the manager to fix the price and explain me nicely. They really need a good training. I read the other reviews before posting mine, and it appears that , they have serious customer service deficiency and they are known for keeping wrong price tag on products. And they are very good at calling police at customers who are annoyed for a reason. I wish I could speak to a responsible woolworths personnel on this matter."
"Charging $7.00 for a turnip!!!...all the fresh produced not very fresh parsley horrible...I complained got refund was told was the machine REALLY! Who put the input into the machine for weighing? Will not be going to Woolworths any place in Perth..."
"Editing my review until issue is fixed. They have mould inside their fresh produce baskets. I have alerted them on 2 occasions and have given them 4 weeks to do something and they’re yet to do anything. It’s disgusting!!"
"Great Staff, beautiful store. The store manager or assistant manager who I don’t want to name for safety and privacy reasons, has been wonderful. She has been very helpful with a couple of important issues. We love shopping here now!"
