"Better than dominoes but not what I expected. Doughy greasy flavour less"
"Avoid! Just ordered $56 worth of pizzas online via Zwift system they use, this included $5 delivery. After 50mins of waiting I called up. Staff told me they don’t deliver. They argued with me about the system, stating that the receipt system doesn’t tell them it was for delivery or anything in which I said that it wasn’t my problem and asked for a refund. She told me they can’t refund and that I need to contact Zwift. I told her that I would come to store and speak with her directly to alleviate any communication issues. On getting to the store the staff member immediately showed me the receipt, no apology, no offer of the pizza. I advised the staff member that I didn’t even receive a call or message to say the pizza was ready. If I had been notified I would have just come to pick it up instead. The staff member advised me she has been trying to contact the owner and just continued to make up silly excuses instead of just apologising on behalf of the business. Now I sit here writing this $56 poorer and no pizza. I will try and make contact with the either Zwift or the owner of the shop tomorrow when hopefully there is a different manager on. Edit: received a text message hour and half later from Zwift advising the following- “Unfortunately your order with Pizza Express has been canceled. A full refund of $56.90 has been processed and will be credited to your account within 2-5 business days. {Zwift}”"
"Placed an order via their online ordering service over 15 minutes ago and awaiting confirmation that order has actually been received! Would like to cancel the order now, but there's no way to cancel the order. Their online ordering system is a joke!!! Actually, before lodging this review I have just received an SMS saying my order is cancelled (no reason given, just says my order has been cancelled). Hooray!!! First and last time I try to order a pizza from here."
