"Sometimes you come across a team that just absolutely smashed it out of the ballpark. I can’t think of a better descriptor for Pru and her team at Benchmark Business Works. Not only is the service excellent, their swift response, attention to detail, ability and flexibility to deal with any simple, complex, small or large bookkeeping tasks and friendly no nonsense attitude instantly sets you at ease. We tasked Pru and her team with taking oversight over the bookwork for a series of entities we run and that had been running (relatively poorly from a bookkeeping perspective) for a number of years. The task was to run over and correct any number of irregularities, missed reconciliations & statement lines, inter entity loans, mis coded and incorrect GST applications ahead of a pending EOFY return due date and a pending finance review. It was in her words a deep dive adventure to straitened out the sins of several years of inattentive self managed bookwork.
