"Very sad that we weny to the peoples choice on Friday and Jess set us up for joint account and ask us to come back for identification of my partner .. we did this Monday when Melanie called the main office and to tell her and us that it can't be done .. just waste of time .. thank you Jess as you manage to tell us it can be done but Melanie told us sorry .. as it can't be .. thanks Westpac for helping us with our requirements .."

"Absolutely disgusting customer service. Wish I had never decided to use this credit union. Last Friday 31:12:2021. I had a sum of money to bank before long weekend entered the bank at 3 pm. Standing in line was an elderly gentleman with raised eyebrows. There were 5 staff members in the bank. Nobody at the teller. Two customers seated with staff members. Not one staff member made any attempt at recognising our existence after 20 minutes standing I am 70 next year two staff members moved to the teller position but still made no attempt to look at us two patiently waiting. I had had enough and called out that we needed to be attended too. Still nothing. Two other employees sitting together in an office came out and one walked over and told us both off for being upset. She huffed and eventually served the first gentleman but made sure she took her time. I was beyond upset, she went on to explain we should learn how to use the ATM to bank money. She made an attempt to apologise with absolutely no sincerely and I told her I was not interested and walked out. The elderly gentleman was outside visibly upset and close to tears about our experience and vowed to close his account. My husband and daughter both worked in the banking industry and along with me were disgusted with this atrocious customer service. I will be contacting head office and closing my account.
