To enhance our service, we have recently introduced a pre-screening questionnaire for appointments. While optional, this questionnaire allows your doctor to have a better understanding of your medical concerns before your appointment, optimizing your face-to-face time with your GP.

During these challenging times of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the safety of our patients and staff remains our utmost priority. If you have been advised to isolate or have tested positive for COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend the practice. Instead, please inform our reception so we can arrange a telephone consultation and provide necessary assistance if eligible for antiviral medications.

To ensure the safety of everyone, we may offer Telehealth consultations for appointments. For face-to-face consultations, we have implemented additional safety measures, such as the continued wearing of masks for those with respiratory illnesses. Mask wearing is optional for all other patients, and respiratory illness patients may be asked to undergo a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) if appropriate.
