"Not the greatest experience today…. Practically felt invisible instore which felt really uninviting, when mentioned I was a member. The team member rolled their eyes seemed really annoyed and inconvenienced. I work retail so I understand, but when representing a business especially when it comes to your loyalty program. Being disengaged shows a lot about your lack of passion towards customers and leaves a sour taste of never wanting to return to that store."
"Unpleasant experience and staff, when we got to the desk to pay for our items we asked about our membership discount when we were ready to pay. Both ladies were annoyed and said in an unfriendly sarcastic tone “next time tell us before we scan everything” This was very unpleasant and rude. Any of the 2 ladies could of asked us if we were members first before they started scanning, as a customer it shouldn’t be our responsibility to remind staff about our membership. It’s not exactly the ‘membership’ treatment. Very disappointed."
"Terrible experience, the only staff that was there was on her phone, asked for some guidance about a product and like she didn’t care only pointed it out form the desk and continued to be on her phone. With a customer service experience like that who the hell wants to buy anything? Definitely needs some training."
"Had the best experience at this store with an amazing staff member, Kiera! We went out for my Dad’s 50th birthday to set him up with a fresh new wardrobe. We spent hours scouring Pacific Fair and despite having a clear purpose and the cash to spend we couldn’t find any good service. Just when we were about to give up when we came past Industrie and as soon as we walked in Kiera came straight up asking what we needed. From then on, even with a completely packed store, Kiera was so attentive, very knowledgeable, knew all the current products and suggested trends/styles for Dad to try. And even after the sale, she continued to promote the benefits of shopping regularly at Industrie. Which I think we definitely will. Thank you!"
