Reviews
"Visiting from a rural location. Exceptional service. On three occasions now. Staff so friendly. I'm now a regular when in town."
"One of the assisstants treats customers like cows in a line up, very poor service. I'm in retail, we all have bad days, there's no need for this."
"The Asian lady pharmacist is rude and unprofessional towards her staff and customers. My wife was made to feel like a nuisance when picking up her medication and was basically shouted at when asking questions. It's surprising she has kept her job as it appears her staff are aware and embarrassed by her interactions with customers. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this particular pharmacist and it appears looking at the comments is a common occurrence. Btw the assisting staff are very helpful and friendly."
"Absolutely the worse chemist I've been to so rude and unhelpful the pharmacist couldn't even take 5 minutes to witness my stat Dec then says to me go to a JP lift your game especially the pharmacist she is a shocker"
"Just plain awful, unhelpful and gave wrong information. Refused to fill an e-script because the doctor didn’t use the correct code. Pressed for more information and said that they could in fact, however the code used meant that it was not covered under the Pharmaceutical Benefits meaning it was going to be expensive. Rang another chemist for clarity, sent through the script, they filled it no problem and said the code just meant I couldn’t buy the whole script (two asthma puffers) at once as it was set up as a refill. When it’s urgent asthma medication, after 5pm, telling you to go back to your doctor the next day to get a different script when there was actually no problem at all is disgusting. This was also topped off with complaining that the inconvenience that was caused by me presenting this script held up other customers."
